These terms apply when you place an order with Ishara. By ordering, you agree to them.
What we do
Ishara creates original, personalized songs based on the story and details you share. Each song is written, composed and recorded by our songwriters as a one-time commission.
Ordering & delivery
- No account is required. You choose a gift tier and share your story and contact details.
- Delivery timelines depend on the tier you choose (from same-day within 6 hours up to 3 days) and are shown clearly before you pay. Timelines begin once we have the details we need from you.
- Songs are delivered digitally by email and/or WhatsApp; some tiers include a physical keepsake (see our Shipping & Delivery policy).
Revisions
Every gift includes revisions — tell us what you’d like changed and we’ll refine the lyrics, melody or vocals. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Your content
- You confirm that the details, memories and any lyrics you share are yours to share and don’t infringe anyone’s rights.
- We may decline or refund requests that are unlawful, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
Use of the song
The finished song is delivered to you for personal, non-commercial use as a gift and keepsake. We retain the underlying copyright in the composition and recording. If you’d like commercial or broadcast rights, contact us and we’ll arrange a licence.
Payment
Prices are shown in INR for visitors in India (paid securely over UPI via VyaparGateway) and in USD elsewhere (completed via a secure payment link). Payment is taken at the time of order.
Liability
We put real care into every song. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
