Shipping & Delivery Policy

Most of what we make is delivered digitally and arrives fast. Some gifts also include a physical keepsake.
Digital delivery
- Your finished song is delivered digitally, by email and/or WhatsApp, to the details you provide at checkout.
- Delivery time depends on the gift you choose — from same-day within 6 hours (The Masterpiece) up to 3 days (The Note). The exact promise is shown before you pay and confirmed in your order email.
- Timelines start once we have the story and details we need. If we ever need more from you, we’ll reach out on WhatsApp right away.
Physical keepsakes
Some gifts (such as The Masterpiece) include a physical item — for example a framed lyric card with scan-to-play. Physical items are dispatched after your song is finalised and typically arrive within 5–10 business days within India, depending on your location. Any applicable shipping is included in the price shown.
Delivery issues
If your song doesn’t arrive when expected, or a physical keepsake is delayed or damaged, contact us at contact@isharagifts.in and we’ll make it right.
